Worship

Worship is the most important work of the church. Every Christian community develops a life of worship and prayer, which takes on various forms - corporate and personal. These forms help us to meet the presence of God corporately with one another and personally in our daily lives. Sunday morning is a time when the entire membership unites in heart, mind, and spirit to praise God, declare our need for God, and respond to God's voice.

At Rolesville Baptist church, worship is for everyone - young and old alike. We incorporate meaningful liturgy, music, prayer, children's moment, drama/creative movement, scripture reading, and proclamation of God's Word.

There are two morning worship service opportunities on Sunday.

The "Morning Glory" worship service is held in the Family Life Center each week. Musically, this service includes a blend of choruses and hymns in a less formal or more causal environment. Light refreshments are served from 8:15 - 8:30 a.m. each week.

The 10:30 a.m. worship service is held in the sanctuary each week. This service is more formal and includes the great hymns of faith, litanies, and anthems by the sanctuary choir.

Sunday Schedule

Morning Glory Worship at 8:30 a.m. in the Family Life Center

Bible Study for all ages at 9:30 a.m.

Morning Worship at 10:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary
